RETURNS POLICY :

  1. ‘fr.soul-silver.com‘ undertakes to act fairly and provide a high level of service.
  2. The return and/or exchange of products will be made within 14 days of receiving the product, and will only be possible if the product has been used and it is kept in the condition it was in when it was received and in its original packaging.Notification of cancellation or replacement will be made via email or phone only. Shipping costs, in case of return, will be applied to the customer.
  3. In the case of a product return – a full monetary credit for the product will be possible after receiving it and checking the condition of its use. In this case, the money paid minus the (return) shipping fee will be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  4. Gift card is non-refundable.
  5. A transaction credit will only be made to the same payment method through which the transaction was made (with the exception of cash withdrawal transactions)
